COMEDY FOR A GOOD CAUSE
Local Comedians pitch in to help out local military families

On December 10, local funnymen Tom Riehl and Ron J. Ruhman will be transforming their monthly comedy show at Camino Real Playhouse into a holiday spectacular, aptly named, HoHo's and HaHa's: Ron & Tom's Excellent Christmas Adventure.

The usual admission price of $12 will be cut in half with each toy donation received. Homefront America, a local organization benefiting military families will be on hand collecting the toys. The promotion code if you are bringing a toy is TOYDISC for on line ticket purchases.

What better way to spend a few hours in December than a little stand up comedy and making a donation to a great cause, all at the same time.

In addition to the professional comedians already booked that night including; Bill Word, Mathew Stolz, Throwing Toasters, and our Holiday Hostess Suzette Masters, the show promises many holiday surprises including an appearance by The Big Man himself, Mr. Claus.

"We're hoping this will become an annual event", says Riehl. "It's going to be funny, quirky, off-the-wall, and traditional all at the same time".

There will be two performances on December 10 at 6PM & 8PM. "Since our regular shows always sell out, we anticipate these two selling out rather quickly. We’re helping Military Families and Santa by collecting toys. It’s comedy for a cause and a Claus", adds Ruhman.

NWA HOLLYWOOD TEAMS WITH THE MARINES TOYS FOR TOTS THIS HOLIDAY SEASON - FREE ADMISSION!

Hollywood, CA (November 14, 2011) - On December 4th, NWA Championship Wrestling from Hollywood will be teaming with the United States Marine Corps and their Toys for Tots program. The mission of the Toys for Tots program is to collect new, unwrapped, toys during the months leading up to Christmas and distribute those toys as gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted. In this spirit, NWA Hollywood is asking the great wrestling fans in the area to donate unwrapped toys on December 4. In return for this request, the December 4 KDOC-TV taping will be FREE OF CHARGE!

"We're happy to be working with the Marines this year on the Toys for Tots program. Our fans have never let us down when we've asked them for help and we anticipate hundreds of new unwrapped toys to be collected at the Glendale Studios on the 4th", said NWA Producer Rod Dovlin.

This Toys for Tots drive is perfect for the monthly NWA Championship Wrestling from Hollywood/KDOC-TV taping. As such, this event is entitled ‘Remember December’, and has a special matinee 3:00PM bell time. Once again, this event will be open to the public absolutely FREE OF CHARGE!

A full card will be released in the coming days, but four HUGE matchups have been announced:

Tickets for admission will be available at the door and guests will be seated on a "first come - first serve" basis. In addition, this colossal taping will take place at our NEW home, the beautiful Glendale Studios, located at 1239 South Glendale Ave in Glendale, CA.
